The organizing team of BABOLAT FRENCH INTERNATIONAL BORDERS is delighted to welcome you for its third edition!
Your players are scheduled 45 minutes before their first match. Remember to consult the schedule until the last day before the competition because they will be adjusted as efficiently as possible depending on possible withdrawals.
Catering and payment of registrations.
Food stands will be available with hot and cold drinks and dishes.

Competition venues and schedules.
Complexe Sportif Nelson MANDELA - 11 courts - : 2 rue du Marais - 67370 SCHILTIGHEIM, Used during 3 days. : Hall available on Friday 26 January for warm-up from 10.30.
Friday 26 Jan. : Coach meeting 11.30 a.m, followed by 12.30 p.m to 08.00 p.m, All mixed U11/ U13 / U15. Followed by mixed prize-giving ceremonies.
Saturday 27 Jan. from 08.30 a.m to 08.30 p.m : Start of singles and doubles U15 Boys and Girls. Then start of doubles U15.
Sunday 28 Jan. from 8.30 a.m to 03.30 p.m. End of doubles and singles. U11 / U13 / U15. Followed by prize-giving ceremonies.
Complexe Sportif Im Sand de Lingolsheim - 7 courts : 31 rue du Travail 67380 - LINGOLSHEIM (FRANCE).
Used only on Saturday from 08.30 a.m to 08.00 p.m. For the start of singles boys and girls U11. Then start of doubles U11.
Branko Karabatic and Specific Hall - 12 courts : 212 route de la Wantzenau - 67000 STRASBOURG (FRANCE).
Used only on Saturday from 08.30 a.m to 07:00 p.m. For the start of singles boys and girls U13. Then start of doubles U13.
Badminton Shuttlescocks
Players must only play with “BABOLAT 2” shuttlecocks which will be sold in the halls. They will be provided for each match according to the category : 2 for U11 and U13, 4 for U15.
Number of qualified in the singles series (U15, U13, U11) groups, and in U11 girl double, and U11 mixed
In all single series, 1 qualified. In U11 girls double and U11 mixed, 2 qualified by group.
Entering match results
All match scores will be entered on a ScorBad tablet available in each hall. Both players must be present on the tablet to enter the score. In the event of a disagreement, both players must come to the score table to request a change in the score.
The loser of a match will automatically and immediately score the next match on the same court, or he will find a substitute.

Miscellaneous items.
As indicated in the invitation and the special rules, the U11 will play on normal court (FFBaD exemption)

A stringing stand will be available at the Nelson Mandela Sports Complex. Physiotherapists will also be available in this hall. There will also be a permanently accessible warm-up hall.
At the Karabatic Hall where the U13 play, it is possible on Saturday evening 27 January at 8 p.m. to watch (free access) at a senior National team matches event between the club of the ASL Robertsau which hosts the ASPTT Strasbourg.
A badminton village with many activities will be available at the Nelson Mandela Complex on Saturday, January 27, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a a “Monuminton” contest exhibition at the end of the weekend.
We also organize the recycling of shuttlecocks via a partnership with “Compoplumes”. Finally, we encourage you to carpool or use public transports whenever it is possible.

L'équipe d'organisation du BABOLAT FRENCH INTERNATIONAL BORDERS est ravie de vous accueillir pour sa quatrième édition !
Vos joueurs seront convoqués 45 minutes avant leur premier match. Pensez à consulter jusqu'au dernier jour avant la compétition les horaires car ils seront ajustés au mieux par rapport aux forfaits.

Pour les personnes n'ayant pas réglés leurs frais d'inscriptions, nous leur demandons de le faire au plus vite, soit en demandant à l'organisateur le numéro de compte IBAN "Ligue Grand Est de Badminton", soit sur Badnet ou Ebad.

Vendredi 26/01 : Coach meeting 11h30, puis 12h30/20h00, intégralité du mixte U11/ U13 / U15 Suivi de la remise des prix du mixte.
Samedi 27/01 : 08h30 jusqu'à 20h30, début des simples et doubles U15 garçons et filles. Puis début des doubles U15
Dimanche 28/01 : 08h30/15h30. Fin des doubles et simples U11 / U13 / U15. (Suivi par la remise des prix)

Utilisé uniquement samedi de 08h30/19h45. Pour le début des simples garçons et filles U11. Puis début des doubles U11

Volants
Les joueurs devront jouer uniquement avec des volants « BABOLAT 2 » qui seront à la vente dans les salles. Il seront fournis pour chaque match en fonction de la catégorie : 2 pour les U11 et U13, 4 pour les U15).
Nombre de sortants dans les poules en simple U11 / U13 /U15, et en double dame et mixte U11
Dans toutes les séries de simple il y a 1 sortant. En double dame et mixte U11, il y a 2 sortants.
Saisie des résultats des matchs
L'ensemble des scores des matchs seront saisis sur une tablette ScorBad mise à disposition dans la salle. Les deux joueurs doivent être présents à la tablette pour la saisie du score. En cas de litige, il faut que les deux joueurs viennent à la table de marque pour demander une modification du score.
Le perdant d'un match scorera automatiquement et immédiatement le match suivant sur le même court, où il se trouvera un remplaçant

Un stand où corder vos raquettes sera installé au Complexe Sportif Nelson Mandela. Des kinés seront disponibles dans cette salle. Vous aurez accès à une salle d'échauffement tout au long de la compétition.
A la salle Karabatic où jouent les U13, Il est possible le samedi soir 27/01 à 20h00 d'assister sans frais à une rencontre d'interclubs Nationale senior entre le club de l'ASL Robertsau qui accueil l'ASPTT Strasbourg.
Un village du badminton avec de nombreuses animations sera accessible au complexe Nelson Mandela de 10h à 13h, ainsi qu'un concours de Monuminton à la fin du weekend.
Nous organisons également le recyclage des volants via un partenariat avec « Compo'plume ». Enfin, nous vous encourageons à pratiquer le covoiturage ou à utiliser les transports en commun dans la mesure du possible.
